Postal Charges
TCE Limited reserve the right to notify you if postage to your chosen destination is significantly higher than the postage rate indicated due to the destination or the bulk and/or weight of the item being shipped. If this is the case we will email you with information about the amended rate and will only proceed with the order when you confirm that the amended amount is acceptable. If you give us an incorrect delivery address and a parcel is returned to us or undelivered because of that incorrect address we reserve the right to charge additional postage to cover the re-sending of your parcel to the correct address.
UK Orders
Postage and packing charges within the UK are shown in relation to the cost of the ordered items. We have three levels of service: 1st Class Royal Mail Signed For, Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm, or Next Day Courier.
Overseas Orders
We have two levels of service: International Standard Airmail and Tracked International Courier.

Order Value up to £30.00 - Postage £4.50
Order Value up to £60.00 - Postage £5.50
UK Guaranteed Next Day for orders over £60:
Up to 1kg - Postage £8.50
Up to 5kg - Postage £9.50
Up to 10kg - Postage £11.00
Over 10kg - Subject to quote
International Delivery
All international deliveries will be quoted based on overall value, size, destination and tracking requirements.
